What I collect

• Your email address and what you do (the option you picked in the form).
• Which page or free file you signed up for, and where you came from (e.g. LinkedIn or Instagram).
• Whether you open or click my emails — standard email-tool stats.

Why

To send you the file you requested and the weekly newsletter, and to understand which content is useful. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I · GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your subscription and can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it

Kit stores the list and sends the emails. The site is hosted onVercel, whose analytics count visits without cookies or personal identifiers. Both are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there under their standard data-protection terms. I never sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After that, ask me and I'll delete everything.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe in one click from the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask me to access, correct, export or delete your data — just email me. If you think I got something wrong, you can complain to your data-protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
